Being a psychologist has been a life-long goal of mine.
I started reading books on mental health since a young adolescent and have been attached to the field ever since.
Due to always having been fascinated by the various complexities of the human mind, my interest as a psychologist lies within all forms of distress that an individual can endure.
I firmly believe that everyone deserves a safe space in which to work through their challenges or in which to explore different parts of themselves.
Examples of challenges that I work with:
Depression & mood challenges
Suicidal ideation
Anxiety & related issues (OCD, Phobias, Social Anxiety, etc.,)
Low self-esteem / self-worth
Identity challenges
Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity issues (LGBTQIA+)
Adjustment & acculturative stress (stressors related to culture change)
Grief
Loneliness
Harmful coping strategies
Relationship issues
Stress
Paraphilias
Existential Worries
