  1. Look around!

 

It’s important to find a therapist that you connect with or feel you’d be comfortable speaking to. Take the time to look at different websites and to see which psychologist you might like to start your therapeutic process with. Once you feel you might have found the right psychologist (or group), in this case, me, move on to step two!

You can send me an email and tell me a bit about yourself, what you might like some assistance with (if you have something in mind) or ask any questions that you’d like to pose.

You can also ask for a free 15 minute zoom consultation to discuss the possibility of working together!

3. Registration
& Consent form.

 

After we have agreed (through email), I will provide you with a registration and informed consent form. These forms will provide you with details on the therapeutic process, confidentiality, ethical codes of conduct, fees & payments, cancelation policies, and more. Of course, you can always contact me with such questions beforehand.

Once the registration form & consent form has been signed, and the first session has been paid, we will begin our collaborative work. I look forward to meeting you!
